How to start using Taksini app?

Taksini app runs on iOS 11.0 and newer versions as well as on Android 6.0 and newer versions. To start using the app:

  • Download app from AppStore or Google Play Store.
  • Enter your email address and phone number to create a Taksini account.
  • We'll send you a verification code with a text message.
  • Confirm your downloading process with the code and you're ready to use the Taksini app.

Ordering and cancelling taxi with Taksini app

Booking a taxi with Taksini app

  • Choose Pickup, press the Go to subscribe button
  • Finish the order by multiplying the destination, car type and pick-up time, and whether you want to pay a ride in advance or in the car.
  • The system calculates a fixed price for your trip if desired. You can also pay a pre-paid taxi ride in advance with a bank or credit card.
  • Confirm the order.
  • If you wish, you can send additional information via email to the driver.
  • Track your order's progress in real time when your order is approved, you will see which car and name of the driver.

Cancelling the service

In the application, you can cancel the order before the order has been confirmed and the car is on the way. A car that has just accepted the order can be cancelled only by calling. You can also cancel a prepaid flat-rate ride at 8 € cancellation fee.

My Taksini app does not work, what to do?

If you can’t access the service, please try the following:

1) Check that you are using the latest version of the app and update if necessary.

2) Check that your phone is connected to the Internet through Wi-Fi or mobile data.

3) If the app crashes, sign out and remove the app, then reinstall it and sign in.

4) Your profile might be inaccessible if you have asked for a confirmation code too many times. Please try again in 24 hours. If you have questions, please contact us at
